The Housing Reinforcement Program is an educational and provisional program that seeks to train community members in maintaining permanent housing within their community. Idealistically, this will develop sustainable and equitable living situations in low income communities. This program will eventually seek to connect with community contractors who will build sustainable housing establishments for BIPOC community members. This reinforcement will aim to combat gentrification within low income communities. Eventually, the community being invested into will have sustainable housing, and the community members will be equipped to own homes. The positions the community members hold, either in a professional office or small business that is equipped for expansion, will generate sustainability in being able to afford housing, long term, within the community. Forward moving, the community being invested into will have sustainable businesses that will employ community members who own homes and live economically sustainable lives within their communities.
